Here is the first glimpse of Edward on the set of Eclipse! I have to say that i am excited for New Moon- but Eclipse is where my heart is in these books! I LOVE the jacket he is wearing.

Ode to Twilight & Team Switzerland
At first I was
Team Edward, with his golden eyes so stunning,
And caring ways, so humble too, and his mind is oh so cunning.
And might I add, I was rather impressed by his running!
[Although, with his alabaster skin, he is in need of sunning.]
But then Jacob came along,
And how I realised I was wrong!
He hadn’t been on the scene for long,
But soon I knew he was singing my song.
Not to mention when I saw those abs,
Definitely not an ounce of flab!
How I hyperventilated, oh it was fab.
But then reality poked me with a stab.
It was decision time.
Which of the men would be mine?
Edward who was so divine,
Or Jacob who was sublime?
Then
Team
Switzerland was found,
And I rejoiced, since I was no longer bound,
To choose between them, going round and round,
So from then on, it was
Team
Switzerland that I was crowned.

There's going to be a fourth Mortal Instruments book: City of Fallen Angels. It's all about Simon adjusting to being a vamp. Holy awesome!
AND ...there is a possibility of the series to be turned into movies!

Since I'm BFFs with Cassandra Clare on Facebook now (thanks, Kari, for the heads up that she's there), I saw that she posted something called the "Smart Chicks Kick It Tour". Author tours are usually organized by the publisher. All we have to do is show up, which is great, but we started thinking maybe we'd like to try something different. Organize our own tour, just the way we want it. Pick the cities. Pick the authors. Organize the events. So, in Sept 2010, we'll do just that.
It's Your Tour, Too
Setting up our own tour is great. But it's not really about us. It's about the readers--getting out and meeting them. We'll be looking for input from readers to help us make this the kind of tour they want, too. And because we can't get to every city, we'll also be setting up a virtual tour component.
