OMG.. where DID you find this?! haha It looks like something from a very bad 80's movie.
The 80's is what came to my mind too...like an old Teen Beat shot of Cory Feldman.
I'm just now realizing that I initially assumed it was Canadian, which seemed to explain it for me.
But I can't explain why I had thought that...

This reminds me of the movie "Mannequin". Maybe at one point Rob was going to remake it. But I am very disturbed by it...
