For me, I keep thinking about Quil imprinting on that toddler. It's obvious now it was to get us used to the idea.
I'm sure I'll think of more.
I've read in an interview of SM that she did the Quill imprnting just for that reason... The only other part I can think of is Rosalie's story. I need to go back and read them again just for this reason.
Yeah...I'm always terrible at picking them out to start with...but once people point them out then I see it right away!
The only OBVIOUS foreshadowing I noticed it Bella's Dreams. They ALWAYS have a meaning...even if you don't understand it at the time!
There's the part in Eclipse when Bella and Jacob are kissing and she sees her kids with him disappear into the woods. That loosely signals her having kids, and Jacob being involved with the kids.
Quil imprinting also. Jacob was kind of oddly sympathetic, I remember thinking. (Despite his "inside" track being a werewolf, I was still surprised he didn't gawk at it like Bella did.)
That's all I can think of...I think...
Yeah, but the most obvious foreshadowing was in Breaking Dawn, I though. However that could have been more about me being spoiled on the story.
Some of the foreshadowing I want to deny.
